My PS2 does not read anything to put it in simple terms. I noticed that there is a warraty seal on it. If I break this seal does it only void the 3 month warranty when your first get your PS2? Or will Sony not work on it if they see the seal broken?

Open the seal. Break the warranty. It\'s that simple, sadly.

Only 3 months warranty? In the UK we get a 12 month warranty with new ps2\'s
-
dude just open it up, and only 3 months warranty??
-
I got 24 months warranty :)
Anyways, my warranty has gone out.
A few days ago I opened my PS2 to see what it looked like inside..
And to much surprise there was almost NO dust inside..
Maybe thats why I haven’t had any disc read error problems? :)

I think they wouldnt even try t fix ur PS2 if the seal is broken because u might have tried to chip it.

This is what I\'m afraid of. But I\'m going to be brave....I\'m opening it. I have nothing to lose

Let us know how it looks on the inside.
