This should be in current events... and yeah it is sickening - at least I can be pretty sure they will get the death penalty in Texas.

Welcome to Texas.

Just kidding, that could happen in other states as well.  It just seems Texas is one of those places where people appear to be nice on the surface, but there are all sorts of crazies who come home from a job at the cement plant, then flip out and go on a rampage.  

In California, people flip out all the time and do little things like shouting at strangers on the bus or walking in circles.  They don\'t save it up until they have to snap BIG TIME.  :)
