WORD to LIC Chevelle is awesome. Closure is good, too.
My recommendations:
Trust Company - Falling Apart
Disturbed - The Game
AudioSlave - Like a Stone
-
I saw Disturbed live last year , on their "Music as a Weapon" tour. Great concert. Was hopin\' they would come back around this year, just because Chevelle is on the line up.

I saw them about a month ago. Was an insane mosh pit. Toward the end I almost passed out from dehydration.
Ya\' gotta love when your hands a wrinkly from all the sweat
And they\'re much better live. Their music is kind of average, a very commercial metal band. Kind of like a beefed up Linkin Park, but with talent and integrity, so to speak. :)
Anyways, they finished the show with Down with the Sickness (still their best song), then came back for an encore with Stupify to finish up. After all is said and done, well worth the $50AUD I paid for it. :)
-
I have to agree. They are a commercial metal band, but they do put on a decent show. When I saw them last year, it was great. Was in the mosh pit, got my nose busted and ended up front, right at the stage. Was a great view, if not abit violent.
Ireally want to see Chevelle and Taproot. See\'ing Disturbed again, would just be a bonus.

I\'ll echo this sentiment.
And I\'ll add "Sleepwalk Capsules" by At the Drive In.
and/or
"Sweet Disasters" by Hot Water Music.

no website as of yet... nobody else in the band seems to care.
I\'ve got a few things on MD that I have to convert to cd, then to MP3, but nowhere to host them...

If you have webspace at all you could just put your songs on their and give us the link to its location.
BTW, what\'s the band\'s name?

That\'s the whole idea behind it, "dude." But I don\'t think you speak from experience.

Back on topic though I just realized I really like that song called "My Love is a Freeway" by Robert Plant.
-
Rob: It\'s actually called "Big Log," strangely enough.
-
I just realized I love the song "Photograph" by Def Leppard.

Takes me back to grade five when I first bought Pyromania on cassette. Yes, a real noteworthy rock album, but any of their following releases..., well, you know how they turned-out.
-
What about Hysteria man!?
AND I LOVE... AND I WANT... AND I NEED... ANIMAL!

What is that weird voice at the beginning of the song saying? It\'s obviously german, and I always had my own ideas of what words it was saying, but I think I never figured out the first word.
It\'s "________, lieben, glauben, loben."
Which is "________, love, believe, praise" I think....
Does anyone know for sure? Def Leppard scholars come forth!!!!1111

Nah, that\'s when they started to turn the "wuss" knobs too high on their instuments, and at the time I was discovering Maiden and early Metallica, so DL became too "light" for my tastes.

Daredevil is a pussy...
Captain america could whoop his ass, and any other super hero\'s ass.
Another suggestion:
Rammstein : Kokain
Marilyn Manson : Beautiful People
Alice In Chains : Man In the Box
Deftones feat. Maynard James Keenan of Tool : Passanger
that song totally kicks ass!
Ill have to dig into my brain for some more bands
