Howard Stern is suing ABC for their new show saying that he\'s been doing this show for years on his radio show and \'E!\'....  

I said that to myself when I watched one of those shows.  I mean they even use a laser pointer and everything.  Same crap they do on Stern.  Interesting to see hoe the case goes.

But then again, are there really any more original ideas?

how about a reality show about a Penguin and an Otter living in Bangladesh, working in a shoe repair shop?  Is that a new idea?

This doesn\'t suprise me. Networks are having trouble coming up with new ideas but stealing his show exactly is just plain stupid.
