The government is advising members of the public to "go in, stay in, tune in" in the event of a terrorist attack on the UK.

I pray to God that this dosen\'t Start Panic Buying like it did in the US :(

It only creates panic buying in the ignorant people.  You will be hard pressed to find a normal human being running out and buying plastic to wrap over their house here in the states.

Panic? In England?

Nah.. I always think of the British as easy going, take it as it comes :)

I remember a program on Discovery about WW2 tanks, I think they were talking about the ace tank commander Wittman. He had sneaked up on a British column that had stopped for a tea break..

Haha, even in wartime you don’t forget about your tea breaks ;)

So where would you go if you left your house?

They always open the schools here in FL when hurricanes come through.  OMG, if you ever want to find the dregs of society, venture into the school gym during a hurricane. oye.

Don’t isolate yourself just yet.

I read in the newspaper that 3 or 4 Israelis died of carbon dioxide poisoning while they were sleeping in a isolated room. They had sealed the windows and the ventilation with tape.

Poor sobs.

If a gas attack happens, pee into a handkerchief and  hold to your face. It works as a great gas mask. They did that in WWI. Actually, the French (you know you were expecting this :D ) gas mask was a sack that you had to pee in and put over your face. They gave them to the US and we gave them back and developed our own.
