This is the company providing a ton of satelite shots.  It\'s amazing the accuracy of the bombs in these shots. Pretty cool.

Just don\'t look at all of the dead civilian women and children in the streets.

There is no excuse for bombing civilians then. Now you might say "They are dressing up soldiers as civilians".And how in the world do they know in which residential areas there are those soldiers?
Its a primary target.Flatten the area to avoid being sniped by antitank weapons(and a simple RPG antitank weapon is enough to take out a panzer vehicle).
Its easier then for panzer divisions to move in and use their weaponry.Panzer divisions are useful in flatten surfaces.

BTW Unicron.  They are going to begin using laser guided concrete bombs dropped from british tornados.

These are 1000lb dummy warheads that will take out tanks and artilery, but not blow up and injur civilians.  We aren\'t carpet bombing neighborhoods.  Jesus.....

I was reading Aljazeera website yesterday and instead of starting the story with coalition forces stormed the airport, they started it out with, civilians ran for their lives near the airport as the coalition forces stormed in.

I quit.

You make it sound as if they(iraq) cant have a twist on the news and we(us) can.

While they twist a whole lot more, your example is about as much as we would twist it.

You should know this first hand.

I totally know we twist it, but every single story on the AlJazeera site talks about how we are bombing civilians.  THey never mention that Iraqi soldiers are shooting at our soldiers from masques and that we aren\'t retaliating against them for fear of destroying the masque.

They never mention how the US is doing everything in their power to not hurt civilians.

It\'s just odd.  I know our news is skewed the other direction and that innocent civilians are killed, but I also know that the Iraqi\'s are putting the innocent people in harms way by fighting from hospitals, schools, worship areas, etc.

Let\'s not let this thread take a left turn.

Cool pictures, eh?

That thing with the concrete bombs are all propaganda BS.This is so stupid sounding.Concrette bombs are almost useless.Only normal or high explosive bombs are usefull against panzer divisions, armored vehicles, tanks and artilery.Because the range of an explosion guarantees more enemy casualties with one hit.

Artilery, mortars, and generally the supporting(or defending) weaponry are set behind with each composition having a distance from each other. For example artilery firearms form a supporting line of salvo or fire with each firearm having a distance from each other to increase their range of destruction.
An exploding bomb can take them all with one hit.But what range of destruction can a concrette 1000lb "bomb" have I am not so sure about it.
Also dont forget the depleted uranium that your government wants to scrap and those armory manufacturers that I dont think they will find it as profitable.

Thats BS too. They wouldnt move their army near hospitals, schools etc. They know this doesnt prevent the airforce from bombing them. This also is a downside to their spirit.
Mosques have been bombed without any Iraqi army being present. And there is a very good reason for that.

What reason is that?

1.Psychological operations.Psychological war.Reduce the spirit of the enemy.

2.Their religion is what keeps them united.Thats also what will not let the iraqis accept the new regime after the war ends.

3.Cause fear to avoid any coup, or protest against the new regime from the Iraqis that dont want any American evolvement in their country.

If 10 bombs out of 60,000 go off course, I consider that to be amazing.  It\'s over 99.9% accuracy.  Things go wrong, people go wrong, but I find it hard to believe that because one or two missiles strayed into Turkey that you would condemn everything else as innacurate.  I find the technology in the bombs and the precisiong at which we drop them (we can drop them so accurately on buildings as to leave the two buildings directly to either side undamaged and spill the debris into the streets) is stunning.  Just think, we could have done it all WW2 style and carpet bombed everything.  It\'s amazing just how much restraint is being shown.

There is no way someone can be so whacked.  Unicron is to the point where he has to be a troll.  No way someone can actually believe this stuff.
