How much longer until Saddam\'s reigne is thrown over completely[/].

Just watched MSNBC and some guy said 48 hours. Im guessing about a week or more.

How about you guys?

I dont think its soon enough to say a week or a day. My best guess would be 2-3 months.

I think with all of the baath party people fleeing the country we should have countrol of Iraq very soon.

There will be pockets of militants for quite a while, but we will have control shortly.

When we do topple it, I personally think we should set up some bases in Iraq just incase the militants and warlords come back and try to overthrow the new government. Either that or kill them all now :) But we should keep a presense there for a while to keep the peace.

I think we will have to keep our millitary there for a while, i think that there will be many left over people loyal to Saddam and also groups of Islamic Extremists to deal with.

It will go well beyond Baghdad.  This war on terror will last for a long long time.  But we did some serious work over the past week to get a grip on these bastards.
