Yikes!  I\'d jump 50 feet back if I saw that thing.

It\'s stuff like this that makes me glad I live in Iceland, where I only have to worry about insects for 3 months a year, and none of them are venomous and they are all tiny.

I wouldn\'t want to live in a place where I was afraid to get my head bitten off by a dog sized spider.

welcome to FLorida.  Home of the Gigantic friggin spiders!  Ive seen many of those same spiders.  I doesnt matter how clean your house is, or how much you spray, you WILL get spiders and roaches.  Back when I lived with my parents, I had a blow gun.  I shot a spider close to the same size as that one with 3 darts, and it was STILL running away.

u guys call that large. BUAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

ohh that\'s some funny shit. :)

I see huntsman spiders larger then that atleast once a week. In Australia, normaly the bigger they are, the less deadly they are.

There\'s a bird-hunting spider in South America the size of a dinner plate. I\'m not afraid of spiders. Where I come from, we used to find spiders and make them fight someone else\'s spider as if it were a sport. I was too young to knwo what type of spiders they were but if both male, they will attack each other. Similar to roosters.

The spider I will not touch is the Brown Recluse. Tiny little 8 legged demons, they are.

It\'s not the big ones that we worry about. It\'s the tiny ones that could kill us that worry us more.
