Wow, is this part of the forum ever boring. ;)
Anyway - the Xbox price has been cut in Europe (well, the UK and Denmark at least that I know of). It now costs €129 instead of €159.
-
they might go down here in America, would expect it til Summer though. Gamecubes are roughly $80 at some stores in my area. Most sell them for $100.
-
they could give it away for free with the purchase of a kids meal at mcdonalds, and it wouldnt help
-
Sure it would...
I\'d buy a couple Happy Meals...
-
I\'ll buy 2 Happy meals if they do!! :D
-
While the xbox won\'t catch the PS2 by any means, it will help sales.
-
Price cuts are also a sign of weakness... in MOST cases. If planned correctly they prove useful during the holidays.

LMAO:laughing: Yeah that would help McDonalds in their bad sales. Xbox inflation would occur and nobody would buy them. Boo hoo. Its actually kind of sad that there isnt any hardcore competition because then there are no arguments, and no ranting fanboys to F*%$ with. Meh, i thought at least xbox had a chance with all that power backing it, but i guess not.

Actually, the XBOX is really picking up...just look at the list of the coming E3 games....there\'s so many XBOX exclusive..and hardly any PS2 exclusive...(except maybe games from Square, Naugthy Dog and Polypony Digital..which we probably knew which game is it already ).
Is that a sign of a system that is not doing well?? I don\'t think so.
But of course, I can\'t say for the quality of those exclusive, but it\'s sign of times is changing...
heck, if the rumoured new XBOX design is true(to make it stackable and more like a PS2), coupled with a price drop, I\'ll definitely gonna buy one.
