I forgot to add fighting, so be sure to add that to your answer.  Hey, I\'ve seen some people post that Splinter Cell is better on XBOX, but I think the PS2 version is excellent.  What\'s so much better on XBOX?

The graphics are a little better, and the gameplay is more challenging.  Though some people disliked the trial and error that seemed to occur.

Fighting: Tekken 4

Well, graphics is understandable since PS2 can\'t compete with XBOX\'s graphical capabilities, but what do you mean when you say that the gameplay is more challenging on XBOX?  Wouldn\'t be pretty much exactly the same on both?

They changed things like enemy placement, and the # of enemies etc.  And as such the game became much easier.

I recommend you read the GameSpot review on it.  Though, it\'s probably gone Complete subscriber only by now.

Pfft..

You\'ve left some games off, I know.

Where\'s Klonoa, for example?  Or how about Sky Gunner?  And Rez!  AND MAXIMO!

Sometimes I think you just want people to think you hate your PS2 more than you do :p

Yeah, I\'ll have to check out that Gamespot review.  I also just found today that the Splinter Cell site now has all the new features listed for PS2 and GC, so now I know what those are.  They sound pretty good actually.  But what I don\'t understand is why they would make the gameplay less challenging.  There\'s no reason they have to is there?  Does it have something to do with memory or processing capabilities?  That would be my guess.

<--feels bad now.

Add Rez, Maximo and ..maybe..Sky Gunner. It was a iffy one.

Yeah. Rez is fun, but its underchallenging and not long enough. Very simple. The simplicity makes it repetittive, but i love the last level.

Id add sky odyssey to my list.

Well check out the GS review, I think they\'re the ones that touched on it.  They seem to make it seem like it\'s more of a side effect to making the game more \'balanced\'.  I don\'t think it has so much to do with processing power.

NAH....nothing to do with processing capability. They just realized that most people get very frustrated with spending hours to shoot light bulbs or going through one difficult stage. Most people don\'t have time nor patience to sit through hours to do that...if more people get frustrated, nobody is going to like it which will translate to lesser sales. Especially with console, the controllers are more difficult than using a mouse on a PC, so they sort of balanced it out.

Either way, I\'m not impressed by Splinter Cell other than it\'s spiffy graphics on the PC version.
