Title: Gamer Advisory Panel?

A long while back there was talk here about people testing Everquest Beta, saying they had gotten it because they registered there adaptor with sony.  Well, I don\'t know what happened, but I got an email today that "thanked me for registering my PS2 Network Adaptor".  It said to sign up for this gamer advisory panel for the oppurtunity to be a beta tester.  So I filled out the info...I mean what the heck, why not.  So, I filled everything out, and it said I\'ll recieve my Member\'s only material in the mail within a week or so.

I\'m just wondering if any of you know what this stuff is.

i signed up a decent amount of time ago and just got their materials a couple weeks ago. All it is is a little book-looking case with cd holders, paper to write reviews er whatever, and a pen. I still havnt gotten any beta testing invitations as of yet.

I got the same things plus a stupid diploma thing showing that I am a member. Just today I recieved an e-mail from them to take another survey. The way they sound we will be getting stuff in the mail from time to time, no telling what.

o ya...and they gave me this credit card looking thing. do i get any discounts for it or is it just there to make me feel special?
