Title: Should I get me a Gamecube?

Ok, so moneys kinda tight for me lately, but I\'ve wanted to get me a GC for awhile and I\'m about to break down and go do it despite my finacial troubles. What is pushing me now is Zelda, I want it bad. Also Metroid, which I can get free, and also Jedi Kight 2.

Anyways, do you all think I\'ll end up regretting it, or is it worth it?

Have you played a Zelda game before?  They aren\'t for everybody.

But even then, there should be quite a few games that you will enjoy.  Promise me you\'ll try Pikmin and Super Monkey Ball!!  :)  I\'m sure at least your Missus will appreciate them!  

I\'d say go for it, but it is a risk in that you may not find enjoment in it, despite it\'s myriad of great titles.  So if you are really that strapped for cash, perhaps saving for now would be a good idea.

yeah, I\'ve played Zelda before. I know what I\'m getting into.

put some money aside my firend and get it later , trust me Metroid, Zelda and Eternal Darkness are more than worth it. :D.


Also much fun it to be has with super monkey ball esp. the Monkey Fight party game.

I wish all with you into you factored Eternal Darkess in the post, Double O. I just can\'t stand that wretched game.

With that said - don\'t drink beer for awhile and buy a NGC, cheap skate!

Yes they are. :)

Eternal Darkness is the game not for everybody. I loved it, but can understand why people hate it(because they are idiots). Everyone has an opinion, although sometimes wrong. ;)

Jebus I still haven\'t played Metroid Prime or Zelda yet. :eek:

You suck.  I\'mma getting my first real go at Metroid tommorrow.  I played it for a small while a couple of weeks ago, and was left wanting more.

If you had the money, I\'d give you a resounding "yes".

While the game quantity has been lower than competing consoles\'.. game quality has been great.

Get a cube because Zelda alone is worth it. Thats what drove me to get one and metroid is awsome.
