Eglh!
something has been bothering me;
I have a bunch of programs that I dont know where the hell came from. I deleted the files, not knowing much. And couldnt take them out of the registry. How do you do this?
It just bothers me.
Also; anyone know any quick things I can do to tune up my beastly computer?

get a program called AAtools (Advanced Administrative Tools)
It allows you to clean your registry safely. It scans for invalid keys and fixes/deletes them.

the "bunch of programs" are probably the little apps you click yes to when installing kazaa, visit various websites, etc....
you have to pay attention to what yer installing and what comes with it. more commonly called "bloatware", or "bait and switch"
anyways, a simple scan disk and defrag are the easiest ways to improve daily performance

Go to http://www.lavasoft.de and download Ad-aware. After running it it will detect lotsa crap on your system and give you the option to delete spyware such as Gator, Xupiter, and the like.

Thanks guys. Probably do this stuff later.
BTW: i have ad-aware helps alot.
