So I bought this ice cream bar at lunch today at school. Tasty, Innocent little chocolate eclair. I opened it up, my mouth savoring. It was pretty hard, so I had to bite hard. But it was too hard, as it cut up the roof of my mouth. It started bleeding! It was no help that I was put into emotional distress by my "friends". It didn\'t stop bleeding for over an hour.
Think I can sue the school district? :)

But don\'t forget all of the news vans showing up at your house to take pictures of the panzy ass who is suing because he got a booboo in his mouth from eating ice cream.

err vid.. most lawyers take a % of whatever you sue people for. So if stapler did u sue u for say 500.000 and he\'s layer wanted 10% Then stapler would be out 50.000.
Now, how much are your earning + house + cars + whatever else u own. I think he\'d have alittle more then gum. ;)
That\'s here anyway, Unless it was a extremely hard case. Then they\'d what a certain amount up front. But if they know they\'re gonna win.....
