Alright, enough talk about The Matrix - let\'s talk about some real cinema! Anyone watched 25th Hour ? I would say this is one of the most amazin\' movie\'s in recent time. It\'s a character driven film - so I\'m sure some of you would be bored by it fast....But my God..
Anyways - short summary.
Edward Norton is a drug dealer who is convicted. The story focuses on what he does his last 24 hours , before he has to report to prison for seven years. It also deals with how it effects everyone around him..His best friends, his girlfriend and his family. Truly a great film.
Cast:
Berry Pepper
Edward Norton
Brian Cox
Anna Paquin
and a lot others.

I liked it.
[sp]The ending was purposely open ended. The viewer will have to day dream which path he chooses to take on the 24th hour. I chose a tiny town in Arizona. :) [/sp]

I saw it in the dollar theater and came away not really knowing what to think. I thought they spent too much time in the vip room of that club, it just seemed to drag on. The part when Ed Norton\'s character ripped about every ethnic group was pretty entertaining, if not a little disturbing.
And i\'m not a big Spike Lee fan at all, so I was surprised I liked the movie at all.

The club scene was important. It was suppose to show how he was suppose to be spending his last hours with all his friends. They was suppose to be having fun - but everyone was completely miserable.
