I know theomen does, but who else enjoys working out? Since the beginning of the year I started working out on a regular basis, and you know what? It actually works hehe. It kinda took the place of videogames for me, its my new addiction :D Does anyone know about any vitamins, supplements, or foods to eat to help muscle development? Gotta get buff for teh ladies.

Eat alot of protein
-
I do whenever I can, though my life is too busy to go to the gym at the moment.
I used to have accouple of bottles of whey protein but it tastes like crap so I threw it all out.
Once I buy my car I\'ll get a gym membership. I was supposed to workout after my surgery 3 years ago, but just couldn\'t be bothered (which the DR is pretty pissed about).
-
I workout atleast 3 days a week, but no more than 5 :)
I usually run between 3 to 5 miles a workout, then lift a little weights (just to get toned, not to get bigger). It is nearly impossible for me to go on a healthy diet. I\'m addicted to junk food. The running manages to keep me in good enough shape to keep me from becoming "festively plump".

*waves a flag*
I\'ve been trying to workout, but it bores me too fast and I end up in the gym playing basketball till I\'m tired.

Some good sups are;
For fat loss I like Ripped Fuel, but they\'re all good as long as they have ephedra.
For putting on muscle mas, Massaction by Metrx is freak\'n GOD! It Hydroxymethyl Byrate, Creatine, Trymethylglycine and L-Glutamine (I spelled those off the top of my head, so forgive typo\'s) all those ingredients purchesed seperatly would cost about 100 bucks, but come in one package in massaction for 30-40. The big active ingredients in Massaction are the Creatine which replenishes ATP (the basic fuel for your muscle, when you have muscle failure is because you have no ATP left), THE HMB staves of catabolism and speeds up the muscle repair as does the L-Glutamine.
Also Protien is a HUGE factor in muscle production. It\'s important stuff, so eat alot of it.
I\'m a bit tired right now, but if anyone has any Q\'s, just ask them and I\'ll answer them.

LOL, I barely move, let alone work out, I\'m so lazy it\'s just crazy.
-
Does meaning to count? Otherwise I\'m out. :)
-
i do.... i do it atleast one each moring and maybe crack a quick one out when i go to bed.
oh and i try to Go to the Gym at least twice a week too.
-
I do a lot of 16-ounce curls.
-
I workout. There\'s very few days where one section of my body is not torn or ripped in pain from a hard workout.
Mondays - Chest and back
Tuesdays - Legs and butt
Wednesdays - Arms and Shoulders
Thursday - recovery
Fridays - Chest and back/ Arms and shoulders (lighter weights)
Saturdays - Legs and butt
I started 4 months ago. I had noodle arms back then. Now they\'re much bigger and my skin is beginning to get stretched. I take Creatine for faster recovery. My back is larger and my pants are tighter, due to my stick legs FINALLY getting some muscles. :)

I do martial arts. Running/jogging, Weapon Training, Light weight lifting. Don\'t want to bulk up, harder to maintain flexablity.
Monday - Running
Tuesday - Martial Arts, weights and flexablity training.
Wendesday - Weapon training
Thursday - Martial Arts, weights, flexablity training, Weapon Instructions aka Teaching.
Friday - Running and Heavy bag aka kick bag training.
Saturday - Party
Sunday - Party
and so on.
I like a few donut curls too ;)

well here\'s my routine (each workout is around 2 hours)
Mon: Push (chest, tris and pushing delts)
Tues: Pull (Back, Bi\'s and pulling delts)
Wen: Legs
Th: Push
Fri: Pull
Sat: Legs
Sun: Push
etc.... I never take a day off, unless an injury forces me to, but luckily I rarely have any type of injury, and I recover damn quick.

You don\'t do any cardio excerises, omen?
-
I wish I was buff- but I\'d rather be of average build, than anything bigger, Im a toothpick though- but the ladies dont mind.
-
I play Basketball ocasionally, for my cardio. I should do more, but since I superset during my workouts I usually get a constant HR of about 120 which is pretty decent cardio. But this summer I\'m going to take some baseball and football PE classes at college so that I can get some FUN cardio....they\'re also Co-Ed :D
-
I run 3-4 miles or play a few hours of basketball 5-6 days a week. I also lift three days a week, but nothing too intense. I was eating really well for a while, but now just eat crappy and try to work out a lot. I lost about 40 pounds in 6 months, so I guess it\'s working out pretty well.
-
I should work out, I\'m a living stick figure. :(

Anyways, I dropped about 4 inches in waist size, and fifteen pounds during the course of my swim season. Swimming is such a great workout, there\'s no sweating, and it involves all the muscles in your body. Tomorrow I\'m buying my summer pass to a local pool so I can stay in shape over the summer and swim 1,000 meters every morning hopefully.
P.S. I just got a varsity letter and Most Improved Swimmer award yesterday [/brag]
