Title: Transformers G1 fighting game?

Aaron,
Did you see anything at E3 in regards to the new transformer games?  There are two.  One is based off the new Armada series, and the other is based off the G1 series.  I am most excited about the G1 game.  I know it will be a Japan release, but will there be a USA release?
Any info would be gretly appreciated.
