I told you so! :D
My next car will be either a used BMW ///M3 or a new Subaru STi (in 2005).
But I still have mucho respect for GM\'s Corvette.

GM are great (imo) i dont know why they suck so much in the states, as for poorly made cars in the 80\'s/90\'s my dads old car was a 1989 corsica ltz and it still runs well, only prob was the paint started flaking in late 2002.
it seems the only reigon where gm is really popular is the middle east, they sell like hotcakes over here.

don\'t fords sell really well in the middle east too? Some guy from the middle east bought my stepdad\'s mercury grand marquis (almost identical to a crown vic). His whole company is based on buying large used american vehicles and transporting them to the middle east, he said that those types of cars are the most popular.

^yeah almost all american cars are popular around these parts.

Maybe because Henry Ford was a raving anti-semite? ;)

chrysler and ford should do the same.

All car companies make shit cars at one point. Ford made some really bad trucks in the mid 80s and my dad would know. He had an 87 Ford pickup and small crap went wrong in it.
