This looks like it should be fun. Fairly nice looking graphically too.

Why does it have to use the Seven Samurai lisence? I\'d be excited, if it wasn\'t for that.

Oh come ON. The people that think this game will be good, have you seen the movie?? It\'s a sacred classic, now there\'s this game using the license and demolishing the story. Is the original not good enough and they have to set it in the future fighting robots with the typical gay Japanese outfits/hairstylse and even goggles?!?!?!?!? Those things have their place but NOT in this license imo.
Maybe I\'m overreacting but even if this game is good I have no plans to buy it.
PS- are you positive it\'s using the Kurosawa SS license? I only see one "samurai" and there were no huge castles or anything.

well expect mm to bash this to a pulp..
i think the game could turn out good- movie classic or not. cant you judge a game differently from a movie?
but all in all- i think it could work out

For once I have to agree with those who ask "why?"
I enjoyed the Seven Samurai movie, but from what I\'ve seen so far there\'s absolutely no reason for this game to be developed under the license. It looks so cheesy... Ugh.

They may be destroying a great movie, but there\'s a chance of the game turning out good.

Spudz, I recommend you go watch the film, that way you can understand out disgust for this game.
There is no reason what so ever to use the Kurosawa lisence. It bears nothin\' to the film.
Thx - Yes, I\'m positive. EGM ran a small blurp about this game a few months ago, before screens had came out.

At first i thought this may be ok but it just looks more and more stupid every damn time i see it. I mean the game has no variety from what i can see wich greatly limits its fun factor etc. and the graphics arent even stunning to help it out. This game will take 5 hours tops to beat. Not interested. Old subject (as well as pix)by the way
