I thought I read somewhere the new PS2\'s coming out with the BBA were going to have the IR remote, 30% Quiteter fans and some other things.....  is that true?????

actually I think Bestbuy.com is selling them (non-pickup) it says on their page the spch-50001, and I just joined the message boarsd on the scea webpage and someone got theirs from ther and it is the 50001.   but I e-mailed ebgames.com and they said they had no idea when it would be out.......

Not sure what model it is - but Circuit City in Lexington, Kentucky is selling PS2\'s with BBA.

I think that is the 39000 series, I cant seem to find the spch# on any of the video game store sites.

It\'s been out over here for a few days now.  It\'s called the PS2 online pack or something like that and costs $200.  It\'s the new model with the quieter fan, progressive, receiver and BBA.  I think it\'s also without the firewire.  I only checked out the box.
