Title: New Vid from the Vid

I am doing a 20 minute video of our Sea World trip from a couple weeks ago because Logan is driving me insane wanting to see Shamu.

It\'s all just from crappy video that I took when we were walking around the park.  No big whoop.

Anyway, here is the open to it.  It\'s only 24 seconds, but it gives a small overview of the whole video.

Video was all edited in Avid, transfered to After Effects.

Did a Vangogh plug in on the whole thing and then masked out the animals.

ahh here it is.  Vid all I get is a black screen.  I threw it into GSpot and it says I need a codec called "AVRn (Independent JPEG Group\'s codec)" where can I grab it?

Hmmmm..   I play it normal with WMP 9...  Let me redo it with Vegas real quick.

I must have an AVI codec installed from Avid that isn\'t normal.

ok, it\'s fixed.  It\'s now WMV...

Man version 9 compresses the hell out of it.  It\'s about 1/7th the size.

The WMV works now.  Great stuff vid!!  Unfortunately it is compressed to hell and a lot of clarity is lost. :(  I can make out a lot of it and it does look very clean & professional, nice job.  Just next time try upping the video bitrate.

make sure the screen size it 100% and not blown up.  It should look like brush strokes, which with it being a WMV may make you think it\'s bit rate.  Granted you aren\'t seeing nearly all the frames and that does have something to do with it, but it doesn\'t look too bad.

KURT - Make sure you are using Windows media player 9.....

Looks nice. I like the humor! Unfortunately, my GF saw it and is now buggin\' me about having a kid. Damn you, big log!
