Officer Accused Of Pointing Gun At Other Officer
Police Department Investigates Incident

WASHINGTON -- The D.C. police department is investigating allegations that one of its officers pointed a gun at another member. Sources told News4 that the alleged incident happened around midnight Tuesday morning in the 1st District police station.

Apparently, one officer walked into the station carrying marijuana plants he had seized earlier in the day. The desk sergeant on duty told the officer to leave immediately. However, he refused and asked the desk sergeant for an evidence bag. She apparently became irate and pointed her weapon at him.

the first thing I was told before I ever handle a gun was that:
1.my gun is always loaded
2.never point it at anything I don\'t intend to shoot
3.check to see if its loaded before I give it to anyone.

I guess she\'s just going to give it to him just like that.:laughing:

Thats friggin retarded. That woman needs to get off the force and get off her damn period. Either that or menapause (however its spelled). This is why we dont have a female president.:p

she clearly fired but the dude\'s head got up at the very end of the clip.  How can ANYONE miss at that range?:rolleyes:

I dont think she was trying to hit him. Im sure it must have been a misfire because even the black cop was a little in awe by that because he was trying to cuff the man. Maybe she thought she was kool and wanted to scare him. Who knows.

I don\'t know man, the black cop was a in awe simply because everyone would have been in that situation (yeah this cop just fire for no reason).  I don\'t think it was a misfire because she put her gun right back into her holsters after she shot him, I would have at least check the gun to see what\'s up first...

That was a police vid demo of what NOT to do from a cop on another board I visit.  She accidentally fired when she was just supposed to be covering.  This was a situation of how not to hold the gun, the index finger should be pointing straight resting on the trigger guard, her\'s wasn\'t.

Check out her reaction as soon as the gun is fired, she puts her hand over her mouth.
