Full Metal Jacket is my all time favorite as well as Platoon. I like violent movies. Black Hawk down I guess would make my favorites too.

I\'ve never seen Apocalypse Now fully. Only seen a bit of it. It is on my list of things to get though.

yeah, the ending of contact sucked, but the overall movie was pretty good I thought.

I also loved Rat Race. it was stupid as hell, and had the worst ending i\'ve ever seen in a movie, but it was so incredibly funny.

OMFG! You like the royal tenenbaums?! I F*ing hate that movie with a passion. By far one of the worst movies i have ever seen in theatres. It made me sick watching it and the humor was .... well ill stop there. Anyway, mad props for iron monkey, jackie brown and snatch.

For me id have to add:
be be\'s kids
most jackie chan and old jet li movies (lets just say most decent kung fu flix)
Set it off
Boyz in tha hood
the breaks
&
Dont be a mennace to south central while drinking your juice in the hood.:laughing: :D

I would have to say:

-All the kevin smith movies (I havent seen that clown movie tho...that might be a good thing).
-Jason X (the two hotties from andromeda in it...you cant go wrong......little cheesey in parts (the the simulated lake scene comes to mind) but ok.....

there is lots and lots of movies to choose from :nut:

but here are some that left something for me to remember:

a few good men
of mice and men
face /off
die hard 1,2,3 (1st is my favorite)
5th element

there is also a Quebec\'s series "Les Boys" wich would been my all time favorite, but these are probably unknow here, so we\'ll pass heh.

france movie taxi 1 and 2 were very good, cant wait itll 3rd come oversea.

Good choice, they\'re great films. Very formulaic but done with a big enough smile on it\'s face to leave you feeling like you haven\'t wasted your time in the slightest.

The sequels get slated but I loved the first and just wanted it to last a bit longer, it\'s sequels get ripped for being just the same but that\'s what I wanted really.

Anyone know when the third one\'s getting to the UK on DVD?
