I\'ve tried getting on all morning.  No go.   They are getting majorly overloaded.

Long time coming.

Only problem is there are some loopholes.

Well I finally got in, but the website won\'t take my info.  It\'s hung up for some reason.  Maybe the millions of people annoyed by the telephone ringing constantly.

The national list won\'t prevent long distance companies (some of the worst) from calling you or charity, donation calls.

What I have found though is that state laws differ.  Arkansas, for example prohibits almost all calls except donation calls and recorded messages are illegal.  So check the link from /. for FL vid.
