From a graphics point of view I have seen better from the ps2. Let\'s hope it plays well and has a good framerate.

oh dear god what have they done, why ruin such a great title. it looks 100x better on teh PC.
on a side note tho, the pics posted are from some of the best missions in the game imo.

^^He speaks truth.

The one in the country and the Bank mission are two of my favorites.

BTW, Considering how low the resolution is on the textures, I think the graphics on this still look better than GTA\'s graphics. If they can keep the gameplay intact they may have a legitimate GTA killer.

ahh great game, i played it till i finished it..   Twist to the ending thou.   Imo, games like this don\'t belong on any console..

mafia got released before "the getaway" i beleive, and please never putt hese 2 gtames in the same basket. mafia was and is a great game, where as the getaway was pos excuse for a game.

What does this game have to do with the getaway?

Mafia for the PC really IS better than GTA. I just hope the fun gameplay and story transfers to the console intact.
