Title: Looking for a flash

I saw a flash movie at my friends house and I can\'t seem to find it. It was called the commisioner or something like that. Its a flash where four guys go into a police station and shoot it up and get shot at by guys in sunglasses. Can someone link me up to where I can find it? I can\'t seem to find it at New Grounds.

I couldn\'t find it on new grounds. I did searches and went through but didn\'t see it. And theomen, I knew that was coming.

I was too my bald headed bearded friend :) I was actually expecting someone like Bob or sammy to flash me with their digital camera.
