My gut tells me he is not guilty.  And this comes from someone who hates the Lakers.

Being an ass and sexually assaulting someone are two different things.  Don\'t let your hatred for the lakers make you think something like this is actually true.  Its possible but I highly doubt it.

I seriously doubt he is guilty, totally out of his character, unless he has an alternate side to the media and real life, kind of like Michael Jordan. This woman probably had him brush up on him or tried to get with him and got mad he wouldn\'t have none of her and decided to be a bitch and get him arrested

If this is true, he definatly will not be close to the standards set by Michael Jordan.  Great player and great role model.

I hate the Lakers but Im pretty sure this guy could bang just about anything with 2 legs and a thang.. Sounds like someone wants a little publicity.... If not terrible but more than likely its just that.

oh, I just read over at nba.com the Damon Stoudamire has been arrested on drug charges and Darrel Armstrong arrested for fighting with a female police officer. I don\'t know why I said female cause it doesn\'t make it any different.

Well I may seemed biased since i like the lakers and eventhough for the longest time i have hated kobe, i dont think he did it. O maybe he was drunk, who knows. They probably would have said that thought. He just doesnt seem like the type of guy that would do something like that.
