how do I resize animated gifs w/o turning them "Stationary"? I am using Paint Shop Pro (I know.......photoshop is better.....)
I want to re-size my new avatar to 100X100 and still keep it animated. Maybe I wont (I saw what it looked like "Still" and at 100X100 and it looks a bit crappy).

using animation shop.
first thing.. in menu go to
"Animation,
Animation properties,
set canvas color to transperant"
Then select fill bucket (flood fill) and fill in what you want trasparent.
you\'ll have to do it in every frame, i\'m not sure if there\'s a quicker way, but there most likely is.
enjoy.
