Title: Which wheels do you like?

I currently have these on my car;

but have always loved this design (very similar to the 360 Modena, mmm).

Roh are an excellent Aussie brand, and they are very cheap in price too.

Anyone seen any really hot wheels lately (any brand)??? I was considering changing them for something different. Have to be 17"x 8\'s or it messes with the speedo.

Take the car in and your speedometer can get fixed in just a few minutes.  What kind of car do you have?  Makes a big difference.

racer u got some nice rims on yer car, (u got an fto right).
if i had it my way i\'d get the monaro GTS rims (the dark coloured ones (dont have any pic tho :()
but i wouldnt mind hooking up with these.

Yeah, i have an FTO. The GTS rims are ok, but too chunky for a car like an FTO.

I hate chrome rims, much prefer the steel look.

I don\'t like the rounded look like tyrant had.  I like the nice straight deep 5 spoke.  I would want brushed aluminum or gunmetal gray for my car.

They\'re all horrid, I know there are huge differences in what is considered tasteful from country to country but \'Fast and The Furious\' cars just make me laugh.

The UK is starting to get taken over by the lurid paintjobs and tasteless stickers and it really pains me, whatever happened to style?

Is making the opponent laugh heavily the only way to beat them from the lights?

I always figured wheels should compliment the car, there isn\'t a car on earth this new breed of styling accessories could match with.

Edit: I did go out on the web to get some pictures of decent wheels but could only find one set from OZ Racing that I\'d consider tasteful, the F1 Cup wheels in 17", the rest are just terrible chrome abominations or silver set-squares mounted in large alloy rings it seems.

Although I greatly agree with you that most of the wheels out there are absolutely ridiculous.

Yes, my car is yellow, no, it\'s not a lurid colour like pink or fluro lime green with mirror chrome stickers and a circular ham slicing blade on each corner!

No offence Racer, the FTO is a lovely car, one that I\'ve lusted over in the past for a long time (Gran Turismos fault!), but, please do those sleek lines justice.

The top ones of those two are nice, I\'d have them in either matt black or black chrome.

I like cars to have a little attitude, the big spangly shiny chrome things are a bit Mr T ish.

I posted no chrome wheels. The only thing on those that you see would be the polished lips. Gotta have those..looks great at 65mph-130mph.

There\'s a little device you can install which corrects speedometer and odometer error when changing wheels or gears.  I think it\'s a very common installation for this problem:
