yep, just got home, the Stones kicked some major ass and denmark was...well....hot, I mean I come from Iceland I\'m not used to heats close to 30°c jebus it\'s unnatural.
I also faced some racial discrimination, you see Icelanders seem to have a reputation for being: loud, obnoxious, rude and very very drunk while in Denmark (or any other country for that matter). Now I\'m none of those things (don\'t even drink) but when I enter a store and the owner says "I don\'t want any trouble" you kinda feel like "woah, slow down there I just want a damned Coke". It\'s racism I tell ya, saying that I\'m a loud obnoxious drunk hellbent on being an asshole, while I\'m actually a idotic tourist hellbent on finding my way back to my hotel.
Ohh well, I\'ll post some more tomorrow but right now I need some sleep.

116 degrees F in Palm Springs California the other day.
It used to get that hot in Sacramento when I lived there. One time
it was above 110 every day for 2 weeks straight. Down to 92 at night!

Rascism sucks and it is everywhere. I mean anytime you put someone\'s race into a group and stereotype them it is definitely rascism. You would think after generations of this, that people would know better. I would venture to say that not even 10 % of all Icelanders would fit the "drunk and looking to fight" stereotype, besides everyone knows thats the Irish!

Yep, today we\'re at 39º, not normal day for summer. The last weeks we were between 42 and 44º. The maximum for this summer was 48º I think.

Well I don\'t like heat, heat is bad I prefer the cold air of Iceland.
For those who wanted to know how they knew I was from Iceland, it\'s because of all the Scandinavian languages Icelandic is the most different, all the D\'s, T\'s, R\'s and so on are very noticable, however Danish and say Norwegian sound quite similiar to the untrained ear.
There are some people though that find Icelandic and Finish quite similar, but that\'s bs of course.
And Sammy, believe me, the guy knew I was from Iceland.
And to all you lizard people who relish the heat.....you\'re wierd there I said it.
Seriously, you can\'t even begin to imagine how good it felt to be back to the cold, clean, fresh, seabreeze filled air of Iceland.

What is considered hot to you?
-
Cold about say -15°c
normal about 15°c
hot anything over 20°c

btw vid, was j/k (about the rule, not the math :p )

Oh, so we can still have the rule??? WOOHOOO!!!!

Well it\'s only 102 right now, lots of cloud cover, it\'s pretty sweet.
But I\'ve been working outside at a grocery store the last few weeks and one time this guy told me it was 125 degrees in the parking lot. Literally feels like stepping into an oven.
-
Watch out freestylah, these Euros could think you were boiling.

LOL
Where is Farenheit used? In NTSC territories?

heh heh believe me, they are somewhat right in their thinking. Beer and most alchohol is expensive in Iceland and not sold in normal stores. So when you can buy cheap beer in the next seven eleven store it\'s no wonder why some people go a bit overboard in their drinking.
For example, my buddy (whom I was travelling with) always had a beer in his hand. Every time he entered a store he came out with atleast 2-3 beers at a time. He drank about 30 liters in two days. That\'s friggin binge drinking. But I don\'t drink, still everybody seemed to think that I was a typical drunk Icelander.

As for temperatures... 30C+ is just too much. 20-25C is much more fitting and how it should be all year round. ;)

Hey Vapor, I was in Vegas about 2 weeks ago and it was very very tolerable considering it was just about 100. Your dry weather is for pussies compared to 95degrees w/major humidity here on Guam. :(

K, lets make everyone happy, I propose from this moment on, all Temperatures be converted to Kelvin.
