Anyway, thanks for the link. I was almost about to boot up Kazaa, but then I saw your post.

To those who don\'t know - this is a Batman fanfilm. A short, about 8 mins. Should be pretty awesome.

I already watched it yesterday, but I do have a few comments:

Batman\'s suit is great.  There\'s particularly a few great shots of him in this puddle of water that really looks like it was straight out of the comic.  It\'s believeable and looks awesome.

Batman does not grunt in battle.  I\'m sorry, but when Batman fights, whether he\'s dealing a punch of recieving one, he\'s always reserved no matter what.  That annoyed the hell out of me.

Joker wasn\'t funny.  In every comic, the Joker has humor in some way, shape, or form, but in this, he was pretty bland.  More like Batman\'s psychotherapist then anything else.  BRING BACK THE FUNNY CLEVER JOKER!

The actor who played Batman looked like him behind the cowl, but he definitely didn\'t sound like him.  His voice was just too faked in my opinion and his speaking parts should have been cut down to one line rather than the 10 they gave him.  No thanks.

Aliens?  Predator?  Come on...  I realize this was a fan film, but with such a high budget as this had, they could have done so much more.  A longer movie showcasing the skills of the great detective or even a game of cat and mouse with the Joker, but as it stands, that was a pretty lame way to go about the film.  The costumes did look good though, I gotta give them that.

Heh, I thought the crossover was pretty weird. Hell, ANY crossover is weird and unnatural in my book.

Too bad the frame was so small, because the movie itself was pretty atmospheric. Me likey.

Me likey too. And despite Batman\'s grunts, he can\'t help that since this suit has no armor. You get kicked in the chest, you\'re gonna grunt. :)
