Try having sex and then going and playing football, or basketball or any sport for that matter in the next few hours and your ass will be dragging guaranteed. Alot of the times Olympic teams have a no sexual intercourse policy while the games are going on.

While by no means, does it stop prostrate cancer in a hundred percent of the cases - it does help prevent it. I usually masturbate once a evening, maybe twice - so I am "preventing it", but my no means am I making it full proof!
