Well, I am. I\'ve lost more than 30 kgs in one year or so.. I was fat. I\'m fine now... well I\'m not brad pitt but i\'m considerably better than 1 year ago. Perhaps a little tummy... :)

I do loads of swimming so I am fairly happy with my toned physique. :D

overall i\'m pretty fit, but I have a beer gut that i\'d like to work off. I need to start swimming laps and working out a little more.
Other than that i\'m pretty satisfied, but i\'m looking to get a little more toned.

I\'m pretty happy I guess. I got a little beer pouch but thats about it.
I\'m not exactly one to go work out even if I wasn\'t happy though.

I drink like a fish.....
I smoke green like a furnace....
I eat like a pig....
I weight about 190lbs. with a little pudge in my gut. I\'m fairly fit, my chest still looks decent ;) I work out once a week for 2-3 hours and do sit-ups/ push-ups every morning.

well, not really. I\'m 6 feet tall, weigh 160 lbs... could use about 10
lbs more muscle around the ribs.. it\'s genetic. My pops was 15 lbs lighter than me at my age.

6\'1", and I\'m consistently around 197-204lbs. I look/feel alright, I\'m athletic when I need to be..
I just don\'t have the initiative to reach my goal of 170-180, though. Right now a good percentage of the 30lbs that keeps me from 170 is in my lower torso.. and I\'m not willing to give up my "diet".. ;)

I\'m quite happy. 177 cm ( 5\' 10" ? ) and somewhere between 63 and 64 kilograms ( 145 Lbs ? ). Anyways, i keep in shape by doing running workout 3 to 4 times a week and i eat healthy during workdays. :cool: Sure, i\'d like 2B 190 cm tall. But that ain\'t gonna happen i guess since i\'m asian and those ppl aren\'t really known as tall folks.

Not so. I am slim, but I don\'t have big muscles. And no, I am not happy about my face either.

Need to lose about 50 pounds and I\'d be happy... Right now, 6\'4" and 280pnds... I have blown up over the past 2 years from when I was at 225 pnds.
Anyone have suggestions on how to begin a lifestyle change to get back down to the other direction because I am pretty much Work Out/Good Diet illiterate. I used to survive off of having a good dose of playing basketball/outdoors all the time. Now with my current job that I\'ve had for 4 years I am indoors all the time, and I have an hour commute from home and work as well. So I am sitting down all the time and not actually enjoying the workouts, by playing basketball and just generally being outdoors and on my feet, like I used to.
Plus the dieting issue, my diet now includes fast food as I am always away from home (either at work or on the road) so I don\'t have much time to cook.

I guess I\'m pretty happy, but any true body builder is never completly content with their bodies. My arms are aproaching 18 inches, and my chest is getting close to 48", and my waist is about 28". I guess in about a year I\'ll be happier, but still not content.

I\'m 6\'2, 175lbs, 6% body fat, and the 4th fastest player on our high school football team. I\'m pretty happy.

I\'m like 5\'7, 5\'8 and am very skinny. I wish I was more muscular and a bit heavier for lax.

I may need to put on some weight for College Ball this year. I\'m running at like 6-7% bf, and that\'s a little to light for a safety.

Wow, it used to be only girls worrying about their image. Oh to go back to a day when men could let their beer guts hang loose with their pants unbuttoned and let out a mighty belch.

In Texas it seems 1/5 of everyone here is fat.

5\'8" 145lbs
Haven\'t worked out any lately but can still bench around 160 and can run easy sub 5 mile long since after cross country. I\'d say I\'m happy, I don\'t even have to try for a six pack
The one thing I try to keep no matter what is my speed, running 4.5 40 still right now and I love that.

28 inch waist? Damn, I wish I had that.. :laughing:
Anyway, I\'m not content with my body, I want to be toned and stuff, but that\'s gonna take me a while. It\'s always a work in progress.....

186cm , 78 kg, 90 cm waist, 102cm chest.
11-12% bodyfat. Workout 5-7 times a week with atleast one day without excersie. Fairly happy (being happy with you body is the worse thing for you fitness. Never be happy...there is always something you can improve)

Yep and I\'m not fit. I\'m around 5\'11 and 185. No abs. I got love handles there..Do I care? Not really.

When you get older and have to get a heart bypass you\'ll start caring. ;)

Start doing bridges with only your head, and when you get good at it start leaning a bit and go back to normal position with your neck.
When you do the leaning thing have your stomach facing the gound and not your back, you can get hurt that way.

Put a plate on your forhead while laying on a bench, and lift the plate with your neck. Then lay on your stomach and put the plate on the back of your head and lift it. Your neck should grow almost over night. Also, big traps will give you an overall bigger look, so do lots of shrugs.

160, 5\'7" and fairly strong (235 bench, 390 squat) so yes, quite happy.
