Everton have agreed a £1.25m deal for Motherwell\'s Scotland striker, James McFadden.

The 20-year-old has been the subject of intense speculation since bursting on to the scene at Fir Park.
And he is now on his way to Goodison Park after Everton boss David Moyes made an improved offer to Motherwell before Monday\'s transfer deadline.
BBC Sport can reveal that McFadden travelled to Merseyside on Monday evening for a medical after terms were agreed.

Man U = as in Manchester Untied ?

I think your making football teams up now Adan ;)

Also i think you will find that Real Madrid is just a figment of your highly active imagination.

After all Motherwell FC is one of the best football teams out there, [mm dreamcast rant mode] and the only reason why you don’t see us in Europe is because the others cheat ;)[/mm dreamcast rant mode];)

Hey SoE and other football fans ... what do you think James\'s chances at Goodison Park ?

Any chances of him getting a game or will they just sit on the bench ?

I\'ve always said that a team is not made up only by one guy. Football is a team sport, perhaps the sport that needs the more of that "team" attitude, so, if the team is made to win and to play good... you\'ll get titles.

He\'s good but has the tendency to lose it and get red carded from time to time.

But hes a Young Star and a term at Goodison Park will do good for him.

David Moyes has said he won\'t get into the first team just yet.
But they have just resigned Francis Jeffers from Arseholes, sorry Arsenal for a season long loan.

Everton to win the premiership?they have as much chance as that other crappy team from liverpool.and thats no chance!

I prefer Everton to Liverpool cause they buy Kewell and they think they are the champions even before the season starts.

Houllier should go cause he is a poor manager and if any of you liverpool fans make the ecxuse "that he is building the team" then get real cause he\'s been "building the team" for years and what have they won?a plastic treble and the worthless cup!

Kewell,Owen,Gerrard And Hyypia.your only world class players.

Giggs,Ronaldo,Silvestre,Kleberson,Scholes,Ferdinand,Howard,Keane,O\'Shea and Van Nistelrooy.Enough said
