Stupid Amish, living in a dreamworld.
You better believe if someone threw a tomato at my car, I\'m gonna respond with DEADLY FORCE! :D
This is america after all, goddamn it. :p

This story is Innacurate i told them more like 5 times before I started poping round out of my 12 gauge pump action.
-
The tradition is very stupid to say the least... Of course people are going to get angered... I say the most someone could do though is beat the crap out of them... Shooting someone to death is just plain wrong...

Whatever makes the Amish people happy. If they want to live the way they live, let them. If i was Amish, I would just walk off.

What? You mean if you were in that corn field, and you saw your Amish friend get gunned down by a motorist you had just thrown a tomato at, you would "just walk off."
Remind me not to stand next to you on a battlefield.
/me wonders if Titan read the article.

I think he met "walk off" from being Amish...
-
I don\'t think so. If that were true, then he said "If I were Amish, I would stop being Amish." Makes a lot of sense....
-
Well you know as well as I do, Titan is a silly monkey.
-
man i dont wanna say that they guy deserved it, but what he and the others were doing is just stupid and idiotic.
-
I think Titan mean\'t to say that he would just "wank off";)

You misread my post. I meant that I\'m fine with their way of life. Not throwing tomatoes. If they want to live in the past, if it makes them happy, let them do that. Sorry for the confusion. I did read the article and there are some sick bastards out there.

Yeah, if I was Amish, I would join modern civilization and culture.

There\'s so many things wrong with this quote that I don\'t even know where to begin. :p
Well, if you were born into an Amish family you can\'t necessarily say you\'d want to join \'modern civilization\', because the Amish way of living is what you\'ve known all your life. It\'s what your friends do, your parents and other family members as well. You just look at it differently now because you weren\'t born into an Amish family. :)
I\'m not saying that some Amish people will never quit being Amish, just that you\'d have a different perspective being born into it.
-
Your absolutely right Sammy. I\'m just saying if I suddenly woke up as me in an Amish community, I would quit being Amish. Thats all. I\'m sure I would have a different perspective on it if I was born into it.

Most amish people that see the outside world go crazy and become drug dealers
