I have a AMD Athlon 1.2 ghz (Thunderbird) and I think i\'m having overheating issues. I figured since it\'s an AMD, and a thunderbird at that I know they get very hot. I was trying to find a way to read my CPU temperature to see how hot it gets under a full load as well as at idle. I went into my BIOS and I couldn\'t find any temperature readings anywhere. Would updating my BIOS show my temps? I downloaded a shareware program to tell me the temps but it just comes up blank.

Download motherboard monitor (free) wich is an excellent program to read temperatures. However it\'s a little hard to configure. I recommend you AIDA32 (free) which, besides the temperature of your system, it will show you everything on your pc... i say everything.

Stick a thermometer in its anus. Its more accurate than sticking it in its mouth.
AND MORE FUN!!!
