Uh, theres tons of bong STORES where I live. Hell, at concerts they sell fake hemp necklaces.

when my dad was younger he look excactly like tommy chong... i dont see how he can get arrested, lots of places here sell bongs etc

lol, i heard he was downtoan last thursday in my city

selling bongs is illegal in state of PA, and he was shipping bongs to be sold in shops in PA

that why he was sentenced here

that\'s what I don\'t get. sometimes, the actual punishment for drug use is worse than the effect of the drugs themselves. it\'s an uneccessary tax burden.

Why this happened:

Federal Government found out Cheech & Chong are going to make another movie.  Someone said "We can\'t let that happen...  See what you can dig up on \'em."  Complete BS.

I\'m sure there are dozens of lower profile companies selling pot paraphenalia everywhere in the US, including PA.
