Yeah, I\'ve heard of it, aparently it\'s difficult to learn. the trick is to avoid reading the whole paragraph, and instead just scroll your eyes down the very centre of the text without trying to actually "read it. That might sound easy, but the hard part is trying to train your mind to take all the info in.

I tried it once and I ended up with a headache.
