I wrote a bit before about my cousin.

Well, I found out his little brother writes poetry.
OK. He\'s 15. What can you tell me from this? Not talking about grammar here and I am being serious. What does this tell you?

Try walking in my shoes for just one day, then tell me would you still think of me the same way? Its like a race, a contest, a battle to see who can kill me first of tourment and embarassment. Some day I will disappear, disappear without a fu**ing trace, disappear, unzip my skin and leave it here so you can just watch me be no one again. Somtimes these shoes dont feel right in my head, like a book, one that cant be read. Your dead in my life, my thoughts, my dreams, your no more, gone, out of my hair, this is no fair! My dream is for you to get out of my head, all I ever hear is bitching, all i think about is you! I HATE IT! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! You\'ll never step foot in my space again. There is just somthing about you that bothers me, but it bothers me in such a hannis way. I dont understand why, Why I havnt ever felt these feelings before, why did this happen to me, why did I get these fellings! I will disappear, disappear without a fu**ing trace, disappear, unzip my skin and leave it here so you can just watch me be no one again. Its funny how you think everythink is perfect, but oh how you are so wrong. Life isnt just a game and neither am I so stop playing around and get a grip. You only have one life, why waste it on trying to f**k up mine? I dont want to have to deal with you, out up with you or fight with you anymore. Its a waste of my time. I will disappear, disappear without a fu**ng trace, disappear, unzip my skin and leave it here so you can just watch me be no one again.

Or it could be that he see\'s himself as the ever popular tormented outsider, and is writing this down because it\'s the stereotypical thing "his kind" does.

It looks like he feels unimportant. Like if he died he wouldn\'t be missed. No one loves him or appreciates him. He wants to feel loved and needed and people don\'t even notice his pain.

Well it seems like he feels alone, and that there are people trying to make his life miserable... Also sounds like theres too much drama between him and another person, and that what it\'s really about. How he doesn\'t wanna deal with that person anymore. *nods*

I was kind of wondering if these were partial lyrics to something.
He feels love from his mom. Major love. His brother, the one I spoke of earlier does love him, but he treats everyone like shit and his brother is certainly no exception.
He is really not bright in any way shape or form. I\'m actually surprised by what he wrote and some of the words he used. I really think this may not be his work. If any of you recognize any of it or know of a good search engine where you can search a few of the words in a string it may very well turn up as copied.

(1) Teen angst - it\'s such a lovely thing.
(2) That is not poetry. That is a hodge-podge of popular , "tormented outsider" lyrics, stolen from other bands.
(3) Aw, a cry for help.
(4) Of course, I can\'t say we can blame him, when his own family says on the internet that he really that "bright".

Time drifted on, like a pacified sea
I still hadn’t realized how special you’d be
Incidents occurred, and there was a change in the tide
My emotions went on a wild rollercoaster ride
As time progressed, my feelings evolved
Petty conflicts that arose, were easily resolved
However the past is done, and no longer relevant
The things you have done were incredibly benevolent
The foundation has been set, and the future is near

Don\'t say that!! I mean let him be!! My girl and I talk about how it would be if we got married and blah blah blah. But we know we have a long way to go. Maybe we can make it through high school together, b/c guys im not even playing, there are like 5 pretty girls in my school. the top 2 are the FINEST, GREEN EYES, and THE ONES EVERYBODY dreams about and they are both taken by some old white cute hot guy. And then there the last 3 which one is very PRETTY(face), one is FINE(body), and the other one is Pretty Fine(pretty face, and nice physique). Im dating the Pretty Fine. She doesnt have the biggest boobs or ass, but they\'re there. And no shes not a guy. I can safely say she\'s one of the prettiest girl in my school.
We might stick 2gether through high school b/c im in a small school with a bit of people. So i\'ve met all my "choices" and shes met hers. So yeah...hopefully....

I WROTE THIS TWO POEMS FOR ENGLISH 1 ON MY FRESHMAN YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL:
Life is a kind of gift,
A gift that no human can take,
Some people think its right to do it for justice,
Others because they think its ok,
There are some that blame it on hate,
But Whatever the reason may be,
Killing is killing,
it doesnt matter what people believe,

That\'s probably a good thing. I mean, no offense to SwifDi, but look at some of the lame, contrived and just plain nonsensical things he said in an attempt to rhyme his sentences. Hell, some of them don\'t even rhyme properly.

mmm... though i can relate to some of the stuff in there. Not literally the same way but, a little different. Maybe the example
on how I can relate to that, is a bit of a crude interpretation of it but does indeed have the same \'spirit\' so to say ;
Psycho Mantis from MGS : dying scene, without his mask on. His last request is for Snake to have him put the mask back on one last time. He explaines ; without the mask, other ppl\'s thoughts force their way into his mind. With his mask on he can live freely in his \'own world\'.
It\'s like that. Often, ppl are kinda "deaf" to what I have 2 say, how I feel about things. These ppl never show true interest in me. All they do is vent and impose their opinions and judgements to others, on me. No, I\'m not being evil. All I do is have a \'shield\' up to their 1001 judgements. I just try to do the things I have 2 do in life, contribute and being constructive ( which literally translates into ; doing my job, doing creative stuff like 3D, being a good family member etc. ). I don\'t lash out to others, I\'m not out there to crucify the \'world\'. But sometimes you have 2 pull up a mental \'wall\' 2 keep yourself from hurt from others who are just out to bash other ppl\'s ideas or ppl who impose their dogma\'s all the time.

Yeah... "Heart" and "far" was a stretch...
Me personally, I like poems that rhyme because it delivers such a better rhythm when reading it, keeps it interesting.
I admit it wasn\'t a masterpiece, but what was important was the person I wrote it for loved it.

When a poem rhymes, it gets stuck in your head, and you say it to others. Usually its more catchy.

But then again, half of music written today is ripped off from other material, so who is teaching whom?
