on sept 30 i bought a used ps from a eb got it home it didnt work manager told me it had been tested and that they didnt have any more units that i could go to any store and return it i was like whoa i have to go hunting eb should test all used systems before they leave store its the least they can do for a customer

If you purchased the 60-day replacement plan like you should have for any USED system, you could have exchanged it for a brand new one if EB had no more used in stock. I know because a friend and I took advantage of the company in the exact same way.

yes your right i do have learning disability, thanks for pointing out.
I bought the 6 months warnty just irritated that i have to go and hunt a used one down and no they wont give me a new one.

They have to. That\'s how the system works. They can\'t deprive you of what you paid for so long as they have product in stock of any capacity. It\'s as simple as that. Take it back to them and b!tch your f@cking head off.

rage- bring in the PSX and actually show them it won\'t work. Adults usually have better leeway with this type of thing (can usually get what they want) so it may be a good idea to ask your folks to do it.

i am going to take it to a nw store there general manager says they can only replace it with used unit.This will be my last purchase from eb they change there policy to much
