Title: Penalty for 220 mph
Post by: clowd on October 12, 2003, 05:15:20 PM: I see some of these races and I say "These guys are going 220 miles this close for this long? Disaster is bound to happen."

I knew it was a matter of time before it happened, and today, it happened.

All ovals all close racing everyweekend at 200? Recipe for disaster. I just can\'t watch anymore. Well, thats what I say after I see any big crash, and I usually watch again...but recently I realized that its not worth it

The guy is still alive...

If its a diff crash then fill us in.

Well since most of you see nothing wrong with it...well here it is. If you pause it when he hits the fence you see just how fortunate he was that he didnt it it witht he top of his car. Rather he hit the fence with the side of his car, then back. But after that how the drivers capsul rotates 6 times in 1 second must have created terrible Geforce effects...I\'ve only seen crashes like this in video games...truly terrible to see a human go through a crash like that

BTW, I have seen worse crashes. It could have been much worse, but thank God it wasnt.

You have to step the video very very carefully frame by frame if you want to find anything disturbing. I didn\'t bother. If you bothered, then you can\'t blame someone else for posting it.
