Why.. it almost sounds as though you\'re inviting me to come with you!! :eek: Just pay for my travel expenses and I\'ll be there!!

APC were booked in to be one of the headlining acts at the Big Day Out (http://www.bigdayout.com), so I was getting pretty darn excited, despite the fact that they\'re one of only a few bands on the card that I\'m interested in seeing. However, now there\'s a rumour circulating that they won\'t actually be attending the festival. :(

Edit: Shit, if you go to that link, they\'ve even taken APC off the list of acts that will be at BDO... A sad day indeed. :( Hopefully, they\'ll still tour down here.

I\'m actually surprised they are comin\' to Louisville, as they skipped it the last tour.

Hopefully they\'ll do a separate tour, as I\'d prefer that. Given that I don\'t want to spend $100 to see two, maybe three bands and get badly sunburned.

It\'s a festival that starts in New Zealand and then goes all the way around Australia.

Post by: Living-In-Clip on October 20, 2003, 06:59:39 AM: I have to agree with Bobo, after looking at the bands preforming at this \'Big Day Out\', I didn\'t see any that striked my interest. Not to mention, I think a band like \'A Perfect Circle\' would be ten times better at nighttime / in a dome or something. Just something more personal, than being thrown in with a bunch of other bands.

I am not going to see Big Day Out.
I\'m goin to see them at Louisville Gardens..They backed out of the Big Day Out event.

Post by: Living-In-Clip on October 24, 2003, 10:06:28 AM: I paid $28 bucks for my ticket, so I doubt the Ohio tickets are much more. I wouldn\'t mind see\'ing APC a couple times this year, if possible.

Note: The last time \'A Perfect Circle\' played at Lousiville Gardens, the show was cut short due to people being hurt in the mosh pit. Apparently the Gardens has or had a lot of metal railing and people was being beaten into the railing. The Gardens was shut down for quite sometime, as they redone things. It\'ll be interesting to see the changes and how it effects the concert.

That\'s weird. I know that down here, nobody moshed in Tool\'s concert (so I heard, I didn\'t go. :(). There was a pit, but I guess people preferred to listen to the music than be violent. Apart from the fact that APC aren\'t really all that heavy, I know I\'d much prefer to be caught up in the music..
