They were trying to prove that the the physicall evidance could "Hypotheticaly" be caused by having sex with 3 men in 3 days, and they are attempting to prove that this did indeed happen with semen samples etc.

This has been contreversial because defense isnt supposed to use a victims sexual-history as evidance, and it is against the law to do so in many states....

Yeah and saying no to sombody like kobe i cant believe. She has also been in a mental institution. I feel for kobe really. He is in the worst state to be tried in. Colorado is messed up when it comes to the justice system. They wouldnt even allow the records that this woman had been in the institute as any piece of the case.

(I know he isnt on trial yet), but their is an investigation.

Just because he is rich and popular doesnt mean he should get an exception.

ANd why can\'t a chick say no to kobe? He throws a round ball in a hoop and is paid a bunch of cash for it. Big freaking deal.

That\'s like saying once you\'ve been convicted of a crime, you can never have the same rights as a man who hasn\'t. Now this may seem fine and dandy, but once you serve your punishment, you should have the same rights as any man....

And also, it goes along with if a person steals three candy bars if a fourth candy bar is stolen, you can\'t say "But he stole three already, it must be him!"

yeah... dunno if im making any sense here :)

But, now that he\'s officially on trial, who\'s to say him playing wouldn\'t just be a distraction? He could use this as motivation...or it could just give him the worst season of his life. Plus...say the Lakers do play awesome...the wins just keep rolling in. You know after every game, it doesn\'t matter how many points he puts up, all the reporters are going to want to talk about is the rape case. That would have to be demoralizing for him and his team.

So I vote no.

Either way, with or without him, I don\'t see the Lakers winning a championship this season. The Mavericks and T-Wolves are looking pretty stacked themselves...
