I ran adaware a few days ago, and it found 27 files, one of which was called svcinit.exe.
I then used adaware to delete everything, and as soon as I did, it said that it couldn\'t delete all the files until I had rebooted. I rebooted and it then deleted them.
Now everytime I turn on my pc, I get an error box that appears when windows has loaded, saying that the svcinit.exe file hasn\'t been found, which causes a further error involving something called WIN.INI.
Just what is the svcinit.exe file? and is it important?
If it IS important, where can I find/download it again?, as this error box is really beginning to annoy me.

It\'s spyware! Don\'t download it!

As far as the error goes - the program probably made Windows start it with each boot up. So now Windows complains because it can\'t find the file (referred to in win.ini?).

Right, ok, so why does this so called WIN.INI now have an error?

Backup Win.ini before doing this.
Open Win.ini with notepad.
Delete where it\'s calling on "svcinit.exe"
Then save.
that should help you.
