I have a GT3 replay saved of the pro rome circut- all racing Zondas, same color even. It\'s saved for being such a close race but what strikes me about it to this day is the cars are so stunningly realistic looking, definately a cut above an average GT3 replay. I expect to see more of the same throughout GT4

The car detail is in higher resolution this time.I remember car close ups in GT3 and the letters for example were blurry and blocky.

That is one of the only reasons I kept buying the NFS series, and was actually looking at buying R Racing Revolution instead of GT4 because I thought that it would yet again not have the Mclaren F1 car.:bounce:

So they haven\'t included the fastet production car in the world.

Post by: JP on December 05, 2003, 02:05:00 PM: GT4 looks fantastic. The backgrounds are so much better this time around. And those animated sprites look great when in motion. Hard to tell when you\'re flying past them that they\'re just 2D.

Post by: Unicron! on December 06, 2003, 10:42:41 AM: It actually looks too good to be true.Btw:In the video that Tiberius posted there is some kind of blurring effect which was seen in cut scenes in previous GTs.Is this effect also featured in the real time graphics or is it just there for the video if anyone knows?

Man I cant believe some developers have the patience to get games like GT4 and Killzone that make PS2 seem as a new generation console while others make crappy games(sega should take a few lessons).
Some developers proove PS2 to be better and almost as good as what it was hyped for before it was launched!! :eek:

I wonder how many polygons GT4 pushes this time
