The lion was looking at them a bit closely, but if you step in their territory when they\'re hungry it\'s a risk you should accept.

Watch the video again. The lion was shot at first and went down. Then it went after the hunters. If one is not gonna eat a lion for food then one shouldn\'t shoot it.

I reckon hunters should be made to walk through the serengetti with only a stainless steel fork as defense, that\'d bring them down a peg or two!

While I don\'t agree with PETA\'s tactics, I do agree with their intentions about stopping animal cruelty. This footage, while tragic, is one way to spread the message that there are still fools who can\'t appreciate a good thing when they see it. Instead, they want to kill it and put it on their wall.

I just wanted to add.....Canon cameras >>>> hunting rifle. I can understand them carrying guns for protection....but not for senselss killing.

i have zero respect for hunters of any kind. leave the guns at home and then it\'s a fair fight.

Actually they are an organization that seems to value animal life over human life. They use tasteless ad campaigns to get their mesesage across and condone arson (illegally starting a fire) in order to stop what they think is brutality to animals.
