Man, I feel sorry for the M3 owner. Took the car there for an oil change. What he got back was a twisted wreck.
Hey, ooseven, you gonna lock this one too?

No... i closed your last one for a good enough reason, just stop bitching like spoiled BRAT that doesn’t get his way [/i]
Anyway back ON TOPIC...

All dealers suck man, i\'ve yet to come across a good dealer. Most of them give u the world, but after sales support. pffft what after sales support...
The fact that they would even TRY the "Let me ask you this, if you had crashed my loaner, do I automatically get a new one from you?" bs was amazing. Wheres the logic in that?
I would have turned around and said, i didn\'t trash your car did I, yet your managed to trash mine after it was ready for pickup.
ohh :gman: ;)
-
Jeez, that\'s bad. Funny how anyone even drove it after it was ready for pickup...
Seems it was just some stupid kid who couldn\'t handle a M3 anyway.

I hate these stories! I would never take my car to a dealer. I would only do it under warranty and I would try to stay around while the work is being done. If not, I would write down the mileage.
When I first bought my car I needed to have my rear bumper painted. The shop scratched my perfectly good front bumper and wouldn\'t do a thing about it. I also did not write down the mileage and I swear the car had more miles on it when I picked it up. Bastards!

I do my own oil change but if it\'s too cold, I go to a shop and I watch them like a hawk.

Always watch them. I got an oil change for my dad\'s car one time and I was watching what they were doing. The guy doing the change filled up the car with oil and minutes later another guy comes buy and starts adding more. I yelled at them and they had to drain the car of the extra oil. Morons!

I have nothing but mad props to give to our dealership. Even if I come and get my oil change, they give me a loaner car so I don\'t have to sit around. Very sweet.
