Title: Disk Read Error

Why am i always getting a disk read error, and what can i do to fix it.  Ive already cleaned the eye but it still reads error, can someone please help?

Someone before put their\'s in the freezer.  Who was it?  Gohan?  Can\'t remember.  Anyway, I think that fixed everything.  But I could be wrong...

Are your disks scratched?

Probably dust on the lense or maybe a defective lense.

Does it happen on one disc or all discs?
