When playing PS1 games on a PS2 is it possible to use save PS1 save games options onto a PS2 memory card?

PS1 games can be saved only on PS1 memory cards whether its playied on PS2 or PS1.You cant save PS1 games on a PS2 memory Card

you can make backups of ps1 savegames on your ps2 mem card though

Yep, just copy them from the PS1 MC to the PS2 MC within the browser menue.

I tried it just to see what happend. It simply told me to fork off and use a PS1 card.

Didn\'t know that thanks :D..

Now i can backup some FF save files and start a new game of FF8 :D.
