It removes noise from your digital pics when you\'re forced to shoot at higher speed with low light.
Here are the examples.

It\'s between $35 and $75.

What type of digital camera do you have? I have the Olympus C5050.

I have PhotoShop 6 and I\'m know it has a feature to remove noise. I have no experience with PaintShop.

I have a Canon PowerShot S400 (4 MegaPixels) and have it set on high ISO. My pictures have no photo noise at all.

How high was your ISO set to? If it\'s only 400, it won\'t have as much noise as a 1600 ISO digital camera.

It wasn\'t easy to get, but I have an unlimited PRO version of it to check it out (:D) and it works really nice. I\'ve it for 4 months or so.

Doesn\'t seem like anything photoshop can\'t do very easily.

I can change it. I can set it from 50-400. I\'m not sure what ISO speed really is though.
